They built different water filters for home, they learned how different life forms are intertwined with hidric and electric resources
For two weeks, students in grades 6-8 participated in activities to explore Global Goals: 6. Clean Water and Sanitation and 7. Affordable and Clean Energy. They built different water filters for home, they learned how different life forms are intertwined with hidric and electric resources, and they simulated being leaders in a world water summit.
Even before the encounters, students were conscious of the reality our world and their territories face. And thanks to the self evaluation system we could realize that this awareness is strengthened with our unique education that invites sharing and building on local actions.
Students connected with the different pedagogical methodologies that differ from the ones used in traditional learning styles. This motivated us to keep working hand by hand in Regenürate to accomplish the Global Goals and to make this world a more harmonious home for every being.
My mother asked me to build a giant water filter for our garden. Ever since we started learning about how to take care of water I’m asking my dad to wash his car with buckets so he doesn’t waste that much water with the hose.

These weeks I’ve been extremely happy because being with teachers like you, who have truth and knowledge in your mouth, is amazing. Following your example is a huge honour. Being this time with you makes me think about how many people don't have the means to assist classes like this and that could learn so much, so that’s why I tooke advantage of every day spent with you.
